Process Plant Operations Trainee
Programmed Skilled Workforce, in partnership with Tronox (Kwinana) is looking for a driven and motivated Process Plant Operations Trainee who to undertake a Certificate III in Process Plant Operations, delivered over a 24-month period. Tronox is a fully integrated titanium minerals producer and pigment manufacturer. At our operations in Western Australia, we extract and process rich mineral sands into a range of valuable products which are exported to international markets.
Tronox’s Kwinana pigment plant has been part of the local community for more than 30 years and is a long-term stable employer of choice in the Kwinana Industrial Area, a world class industrial estate. The facility forms part of Tronox’s global operations and plays a vital role in supporting their worldwide customer base, strengthening its position as one world’s largest producers of titanium dioxide pigment.
The Role
As a Process Plant Operations Trainee, over the 24 months, you will learn how to work within a team, safely operate and monitor our production equipment and keep the plant running smoothly.
This is a fixed term full time role, where you will work on a continuous 12-hour shift roster. This includes day and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays. Flexibility and commitment to shift work are essential.
